My experience in the restaurant industry began at the young age of 16, when I caught the bug for all things food. My education at the University of Delaware school of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management gave me a solid foundation in food science, business management, and marketing. After graduating, I landed a job at a fine-dining restaurant in the French Quarter in New Orleans, where I further developed my passion for restaurants and dining. Living as an expat in 4 countries allowed me to travel the world seeking new culinary adventures. Years of writing newsletter content, editorial pieces and recipes have given me a varied portfolio of work. Now based in northern NJ, I continue to offer clients world-class service and products.
