About the book:
Ever since food photographer Amy Roth and I started working together, we have discussed collaborating on a cookbook. We dipped our toes in the water recently by putting together a collection of 4 recipes for seasonal salads to tempt our readers’ appetites. The recipes are inspired by our love of farmers markets, veggies, fruit, and eating seasonally. We are continuing to work on more recipes along these lines, with a larger format cookbook coming in the future.
Included in our mini e-cookbook, Seasonal Salads: Perfectly Dressed Dishes Using What’s Available Now, is a great summer salad featuring grilled watermelon, arugula and goat cheese with a lemony shallot vinaigrette. I’m sure that this will start your summer entertaining season off right. Paired with a glass of Prosecco, I can think of nothing more refreshing!
